“The body is where we live. It’s where we fear, hope, and react — and where change and healing begin.”
Resmaa Menakem
Peace comes when we learn to feel safe inside our own being — body, mind, and soul.
For over twenty years, I have walked alongside individuals and families through moments of profound change, grief, and transformation. My early work as a hospice massage therapist taught me that finding peace at the end of life is deeply connected to the inner safety we experience throughout it. That realization inspired me to become a Marriage and Family Therapist, to help people feel safe, supported, and empowered in their relationships with themselves and others long before life’s final transitions.
In our work together, I offer a grounded, compassionate, and body-centered space for healing. My approach is systemic, intuitive, and experiential, integrating somatic awareness and mindfulness to help you reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom. I believe our bodies carry both our pain and our capacity for healing, and that by learning to listen to those signals with curiosity rather than judgment, we open the door to lasting change.
My style is calm, authentic, and relational, blending warmth, humor, and gentle challenge to help you deepen self-understanding and strengthen connection to others. I believe true healing happens when we are courageous enough to be fully human — honoring the interconnectedness of our emotions, nervous system, and lived experience.
I offer individual therapy services to adults (ages 18+) at our Middleton location and virtually.
