I approach therapy as a collaborative healing process grounded in curiosity, empathy, and unconditional positive regard. Because healing is not linear, I hope to walk alongside you through the ups and downs, helping us navigate challenges together and uncover the resilience and empowerment that already exist within you.
Understanding is one of my core therapeutic values. I recognize that you are the expert of your own experiences, and I strive to create a space where you feel centered, supported, and respected. I focus on integrating evidence-based practices—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)—while supporting clients who are navigating trauma, attachment concerns, and complex emotional histories.
I also bring a feminist, socially aware perspective to my work, informed by womanist principles. For me, this means honoring each client’s unique context, recognizing the impact of larger systems on our lives, and creating a space for safety, reflection, and identity exploration throughout the lifespan.
