“Healing begins in the presence of safety, curiosity, and connection.”
Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming and sometimes even intimidating. If you’ve found yourself saying, “I’m having a hard time right now,” I want you to know you don’t have to carry that alone. My goal as your therapist is to create a space where you feel deeply heard, supported, and empowered to explore the patterns and experiences that shape your life.
My clinical experience includes work in community mental health, private practice, and university counseling centers. These settings have allowed me to walk alongside individuals navigating many different seasons of life. I am especially passionate about supporting clients through relationship concerns, family of origin issues, trauma, grief and loss, and spiritual identity or diversity.
My approach is collaborative and person-centered: I see you as the expert on your own life. I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), tailoring each session to meet your unique needs. Together, we will reflect on how past experiences shape the present, while also developing practical strategies for growth, resilience, and deeper connection.
I hold a strong commitment to cultural humility and value creating an affirming space for clients of all identities and lived experiences. Whether you’re adjusting to a new season of life, moving through grief and transition, or seeking clarity in relationships, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your process of healing.
I offer individual therapy services to adults (ages 18+) at our downtown clinic.
