Many people find themselves feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand, or unsure how to communicate their needs in a way that actually leads to change. Over time, this can lead to anxiety, self-doubt, and strain in relationships. Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of these patterns, and begin responding to life in a more intentional and effective way.
My approach is collaborative, grounded, and focused on helping you build practical skills that create meaningful change in your daily life. Together, we will work to strengthen communication, develop healthier boundaries, and increase your awareness of how your thoughts and emotions shape your experiences and relationships.
I believe that growth happens when insight and action come together. In our work, we will not only explore what may be contributing to patterns that feel stuck, but also focus on building tools that help you respond differently in real time. This includes developing emotional regulation skills, learning how to navigate difficult conversations, and building a stronger sense of confidence and self-trust.
I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My goal is to create a space that is supportive and nonjudgmental, while also helping you move toward lasting, practical change.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and disordered eating. I have experience working across a range of clinical settings, including schools, private practice, and intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs, supporting both adolescents and adults with a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges.
I offer therapy services to individuals ages 18+ via Telehealth Services.
