“Because you are alive, everything is possible.”
Thích Nhất Hạnh
Today’s world can feel overwhelming, and none of us are immune to that. We all need support sometimes. Whether you’re carrying the weight of daily responsibilities, navigating relationship concerns, or feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy offers a grounded space to make sense of things and move forward with clarity. If you’re ready to explore what’s been weighing on you, I’m here.
As your therapist, I will strive to create an environment that feels safe, peaceful, and deeply honoring of your unique lived experience. You can anticipate a warm, down-to-earth, and holistic approach that blends evidence-based practices with trauma-informed care and integrative tools.
In our time together, we’ll explore patterns, move through unresolved emotions, and begin shaping a life that feels more like your own, in a way that respects the responsibilities you carry.
I believe that even the most painful chapters in life can reveal something meaningful. While none of us choose to experience trauma, loss, or emotional pain, these moments often hold unexpected insights. Insights into our needs, our resilience, our boundaries, and our capacity to heal and transform. The therapeutic process is an opportunity to acknowledge and understand what you’ve been through and find your best path forward.
I care deeply about supporting individuals navigating life transitions, healing from trauma, working through grief and loss, and seeking more meaning, balance, happiness, and authenticity in their lives.
My framework is client-centered and attuned, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills, psychoeducation, and humanistic therapies. I tailor these methods to meet your specific needs while creating space for exploration, understanding, and lasting change.
I also integrate mindfulness, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation skills when appropriate. I’m especially interested in the mind-body connection, the role of nature and animals in overall well-being, and the power of meaningful self-understanding.
If you’ve been considering therapy, I invite you to trust that instinct. Beginning this process can bring clarity and relief, and I’m here to support you through each step. This is your time to feel heard, to heal, and to rediscover what’s possible.
I offer virtual therapy to adults (18+) through individual sessions.
