You deserve support—and space to reconnect with your own inner wisdom.
I’m so glad you’re here.
Therapy can be a powerful space for growth, healing, and self-discovery—especially when it’s grounded in trust, safety, and mutual respect. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that you are the expert of your own experience.
As a neurodivergent therapist, I bring both clinical training and lived experience to the work I do. I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, neurodivergence (including ADHD and autism), life transitions, and the mental health challenges that can arise during pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. Many of my clients are highly sensitive, unmasking, or exploring what it means to live more authentically.
For those looking for more structure, I offer support grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy—an accessible, skills-based approach to practicing mindfulness, navigating intense emotions, and creating healthier relationships. I also draw from person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness-based approaches—tailoring each session to your goals and pace.
I offer LGBTQIA+ affirming care and am passionate about creating space where all identities are respected and supported.
Please reach out if you’re curious about working together. Let’s create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported.
